Dave Barry is President of Ironstate Development Company, a Hoboken based real estate development company.

Recently completed projects which represent Mr. Barry’s contribution to Jersey City’s world-class city evolution include the iconic Gwathmey Siegel designed 70 Columbus, the unique HWKN designed 18 Park and the contextual HLW designed 225 Grand. Ironstate’s recent completion of a new state-of-the-art facility for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hudson County reflects ever present its commitment to the community.

Urby is a new type of apartment living which creates unique design solutions for today’s busy urbanites: elegant apartment design, intelligent technology and thoughtfully planned community spaces. In Jersey City, Ironstate is currently developing Urby Harborside in partnership with Mack-Cali.

Mr. Barry serves on the boards of Fortress Investment Group L.L.C., Liberty Science Center, the Lowline and Beat the Streets Wrestling, Inc. A magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a former all-Ivy wrestler at Columbia University, Barry was the team leader for the USA Wrestling Team at the 2012 London Olympics.
