Goal = Stay in good stance and move feet

Wrestlers face each other in good stance. Purpose is to try to step on partners toes w/out partner stepping on yours.

Wrestlers keep score with how many times they stepped on partners toes. 

Go short goes 30s-45s and then pair winners with winners, losers with loser to try to pair with equally skilled

Situation 1:  Start from the REFFEREES POSITION. Goal of bottom wrestler is to stand-up and ESCAPE. Goal of top wrestlers is to not let bottom wrestlers escape. 
Situation 2: Start from flat on the mat. Goal of bottom wrestlers is to build base, stand-up, and ESCAPE.
Situation 3: Top wrestler starts with a Half Nelson – IMPORTANT: verbal cues to bottom wrestler – opposite hip up, used legs to drive against half. Look away. Peel fingers

3) Every five to ten seconds yell “shot”  or “sprawl” and the wrestlers does the attack step/ sprawl, back to good stance
4) Include Double Leg Attack Step, Sprawl, and Single Leg in Stance and Motion
