Beat The Streets - New York City Wrestling

Beat The Streets has two big youth wrestling events on the horizon and we are in need of volunteers!

On Sunday, December 10th Beat The Streets is hosting the BTS Junior League Championships at the Pratt Institute (200 Willoughby Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205). The BTS Junior League Championships will bring together NYC’s top 5th – 8th wrestlers as they compete to become a City Champion.

On Saturday, January 20th Beat The Streets and the PSAL are hosting the 2018 NYC Mayor’s Cup Wrestling Championship at Queens College (65-30 Kissena Blvd, Flushing, NY 11367). The NYC Mayor’s Cup will bring together the top wrestlers from NYC’s CHSAA, PSAL, and NYSAIS high schools as they compete for the title of Best In The City.

Both events are heavily volunteer dependent. Volunteers are needed for shifts to help set up the tournament, work score tables during the tournament, and break down the tournament. If you are available and interested in volunteering you can find volunteer shift details and register to volunteer HERE
