On Wednesday, April 27, some of the world's best wrestlers will take to Times Square for the first time in this exciting summer, marking a prelude to the Beat the Streets Gala scheduled for May 19!

"100 Days to Rio" is a part of Team USA's Road to Rio Tour and celebrates the 100-day countdown to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. In the heart of Times Square, more than fifty Team USA athletes will attend and participate in sports demonstrations, and there will be a musical performance by The Band Perry.

Of special note is the participation of Jordan Burroughs, Olympic Champion and three-time World Champion, and Adeline Gray, also a three-time World Champion. This is a great opportunity to come out and support Team USA wrestlers as they prepare for an exciting dual meet of the men versus Team Iran and women versus Team Canada in "United in the Square," the Beat the Streets Gala on May 19. Tickets for that event are available here.

Beat the Streets will be ending its Spring Break Training Camp at 2:00 PM on Wednesday and taking its student-athletes to Times Square to witness the celebration. Youth participation in the interactive portion of the Road to Rio event will require a separate USOC Waiver.

This event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
