Beat The Streets - New York City Wrestling

Every summer, BTS sends hundreds of qualifying wrestlers to sleep-away summer wrestling camp outside of New York City.  Wrestlers get to experience working with college coaches and wrestlers, as well as kids from other parts of the country.

The application will be posted in the spring. Complete the Summer Camp Interest Form, and we will notify you when the application is open.

This summer, BTS will be sending our campers to the Cornell Wrestling Camps led by Rob Koll. BTS provides full camp fee scholarships and transportation.

Tentative Camp Dates

Boys: July 29-August 2

Girls: August 2-August 6

Camp Scholarship Qualifications

  • Live or attend school in NYC
  • Currently in the 5th – 11th grade
  • Wrestled for at least one season

For high school students, there are additional requirements:

  • Completed a minimum of 5 Hours of BTS Volunteer Service
  • Completed a minimum of 5 Life Skills Workshops

The new Life Skills Program offers workshops on a monthly basis throughout the school year.  Workshop topics include: Nutrition, College Access, Time Management, Play Positive: Anti-Bullying, Sex Education, SAT Prep, and more!

Applying is as simple as 1, 2, 3 -

  1. Complete online application form.
  2. Wait for an approval notice & instructions from Beat The Streets.
  3. Go to WRESTLING CAMP!
