WHAT WE'RE WORKING TOWARD

Beat the Streets is prioritizing the advancement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) by committing to the following actions:

  1. Provide training to increase our staff's knowledge of DEI and its importance.

  2. Increase the racial, ethnic and gender diversity of our Board of Directors to more accurately reflect the community we serve.

  3. Prioritize hiring program alumni and staff of color to ensure our staff reflects the community we serve.

  4. Ensure programs are based in equity by continuing to include student-athletes and alumni in program design, planning and implementation.
